£250  -  Single Lasting Power of Attorney (Health & Welfare or Property and Financial Affairs)

 

£399 -  Both Heath & Welfare and Property & Financial Affairs Lasting Power of Attorney. This is the usual service that most people need and saves over £100 on the cost of two single LPAs!

£650 - ***Couples Offer*** Both Powers of Attorney for two people - saving of £350 on the cost of four single LPAs!

We have a very clear pricing model.  Everything that we do is at a fixed fee. We do this to ensure that there are no nasty surprises and to ensure that the decisions that you make on what to include (and who to include) in your Lasting Powers of Attorney do not change the price. Whatever you choose to do, the price will be the same.​

*Our fees do not include any registration fees that may be payable to the Office of the Public Guardian.  The registration fees are usually £82 for each Power of Attorney. You may be eligible for the remission of these fees. If you are, we will help you with the process of obtaining the fee remission at no additional cost.
